August 2010 - IHG recognized the Crowne Plaza Philadelphia West for their Meeting Service Excellence.  This recognition can be seen on their website, or by clicking here. In order to receive this recognition, all the team members at the hotel worked together to accommodate their guests.  Guests were surveyed and found that the hotel met their meeting service standards and overall satisfaction.  Job well done!
